What you are paying for

The difference is the process

01

GPS on every trailer

We know where our equipment is, so when we say it is on the way, it is on the way.

02

Photos in and out

The trailer is photographed when it is dropped and when it is collected. Nobody argues about a scratch a week later.

03

Digital agreements

Signed on your phone in a minute. No clipboard, no illegible carbon copy.

04

Card on file, not charged

The deposit sits on file. It is only touched if something actually happens, and you get an itemised reason if it is.

05

Scale tickets attached

Disposal is billed on the real weight, and you get the landfill's own ticket with the invoice.

06

Texts, not guesswork

Confirmation, a heads-up before the driver leaves, and a reminder before it is due back.

Maintained, not just rented

Hydraulics, brakes, lights and tires — gone over before it leaves the yard, every single time.

Start to finish

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Book it

Pick your dates and see what is actually free. The price, delivery included, is on the screen before you commit.

  2. Step 02

    Sign and confirm

A digital agreement and a card on file. Nothing is charged to that card unless something goes wrong.

  3. Step 03

    We drop it

A text when the driver leaves, and photos of the trailer as it is left, so there is no argument later.

  4. Step 04

    We take it away

Done early? Tell us and we come sooner. Need another day? Arrange it before it is due and it is cheaper.

Before you load it

What we cannot take

The landfill turns these away at the scale house, which means a wasted trip for both of us and a load nobody can get rid of. If you are not sure about something, ask before it goes in.

  • Paint and solvents
  • Motor oil and fuel
  • Car batteries
  • Tires
  • Propane tanks
  • Fridges and freezers
  • Air conditioners
  • Asbestos
  • Medical waste
  • Wet concrete

Heavy material — concrete, dirt, shingles — is fine, but it hits the weight limit long before it fills the box. Mention it when you book and we will get the load right.

Renovation, cleanout, teardown

Fill it at your own pace. We come back when you say.

Questions

The usual ones

What truck do I need to tow it?

A half-ton with a proper hitch handles it empty, but loaded is a different question — these carry up to 7,000 lb. If you are not certain your vehicle is rated for it, get it delivered. It is $175.00 and nobody ends up on the side of Highway 63.

How much can I put in it?

Fill it with renovation debris, household junk or yard waste and you will run out of room before you run out of weight. Concrete, dirt and shingles are the opposite — a third of the box is usually the limit. Tell us what it is and we will say.

What does disposal actually cost?

It depends entirely on weight, which is why we do not pretend it is included. You get the landfill's own scale ticket with your invoice plus our handling, so you can see exactly what they charged us.

What if I need it longer?

Call before it is due and an extra day is $149.00. Leave it late without telling us and it is the full daily rate plus a late fee — not to punish anybody, but because somebody else is waiting on that trailer.

Do you take a deposit?

We keep a card on file for $500.00 and it is not charged. It is only used if there is damage or a cleanout, and you get an itemised reason with photos if it ever happens.

How far do you deliver?

Fort McMurray and the sites around it. The first 20 km of truck travel is in the $175.00, and past that it is $2.50 a kilometre. You see the number before you book.
